UI & Visual Design
I conducted an interview with the stakeholder.
It helps the stakeholder know that I've taken their concerns into consideration.
It reduces questions or comments around what I already addressed with my proactive work in preparing for them.
I conducted several users' interviews, asking participant about their goals, an experience of searching for courses, or an experience of using online courses.
It helps me to understand their needs and pain points.
Identified needs and pain points
Based on answers I concentrate on a main type of target audience: people who
have a child with features in the development.
I analysed research results and used an affinity mapping method to create a list of features, that can help end users to solve their problems.
Screen flow
Sketch
The main need of our user is a simple and convenient site navigation, a brief description of the courses, a clean and not overloaded design.

Sketching helped me develop a concept quickly. Because the visual nature of a sketch can help other people "see what you are thinking," the design process can get a boost in the early phases.
