The Mission
Freight Genie is the web application for the automatization shipper business. They provide customers with a lead a day based on requirements to guarantee customer's time will be spent with a shipper that needs the customer's services. The Freight Genie saves time and helps generate new business, cost-efficiently.

On this project, I was creating the design for three types of users which have different roles and levels of access

Start from a MVP version
The Strategy
It is the MVP version, so it was really important to identify the main key features that will distinguish this app from others, main features that should be in such type of application, and make it usable, simple, and clean.
The Freight Genie's lead automation system is the resource to engage with qualified FTL or LTL shippers directly, leaving a customer with high paying loads and repeat business.
Getting things done
The Tasks Screen
For customers was really important to check all tasks in one place and be able to manage them in a bulk. So, for this, I created a screen "Task" where customers can easily manage what they need to today, what is their progress in daily deals.
For the manager, it is crucial to have the ability to work with the team and manage the team, so based on these requirements the "Settings" screen has a "Roles & Permissions" section

Communication with the client
Collaboration
I was in touch with the customer through Skype. We discussed every change and I made some adjustments. Also, I was in touch with a product owner, to ensure that all details of the business are understood correctly and it will work. Now I collaborate with the developer and help in the development process.
