User Research
To understand better a target audience I have conducted user interviews, that helped me understand their needs, fears, and pain points.
User Personas
Using the quantitative data from interviews and survey results, I defined the four target group profiles a driver man (30-45 years old), a driver woman (25-45 years old), a passenger man (27-40 years old) and a passenger woman (25-37 years old) to better empathize with my main user groups and prioritize goals according to their needs.
